EWF is on TV! Watch the video: Elderberry Wisdom Farm with Rose High Bear
Here’s Capital Community Media’s announcement:
CC:Media’s Community News Department interviewed Elderberry Wisdom Farm Founding Director, Rose High Bear (Deg Hit'an Dine, Inupiaq), and Farm Manager Tracy Nelson (Lakota) for our bi-weekly program, Stories of Salem. The interview will premiere on Friday, July 21st on Comcast channel 21 at 7:30 p.m.
We chatted about the development of Elderberry Wisdom Farm, the importance of traditional ecological knowledge, and heard about Rose’s hopes and plans for the future. Tracy gave us a wonderful farm tour as we saw the growing plants that will be used to increase biodiversity in the Willamette Valley. We’re so excited to learn more from Rose and to share her knowledge with the community!
