Here at Elderberry Wisdom Farm, we have been busy setting up the Native Nursery Greenhouse in order to make room for our Spring order of native plants. If you are interested in being a volunteer, we have two opportunities coming up in March to volunteer at our farm. Volunteer opportunities will be held on Saturdays, March 9th and March 23rd, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Some of the volunteer activities during these dates may include: heavy and light lifting of equipment and tools, invasive species removal on the grounds, applying mulch to our native plant hedgerow, treating cedar boards with olive oil for our raised/recessed garden beds, and repotting/transplanting native plants.
